Mphumzi has enjoyed a dynamic working career to date with 15 years of work experience in different industries under his belt including: FMCG, Retail, Banking, Government, and Management Consulting. Previous positions held span from HR Officer, Sales Manager, Training Manager, Human Resources Manager, to Change Consultant/Change Manager. The accumulated expertise is channeled to Human Resources Management as well as Change Management. Management roles in his career include Partner/Director at CapCircle Consulting Management. Driving Change & Mapping Strategic Goals. With an educational background in Human Resources, Mphumzi qualified as an HR Practitioner from NMMU and was certificated as a Change Specialist by Prosci Change Management (an international institution).

A diverse portfolio with projects executed in past positions including Change Manager at Standard Bank and the South African Post Office, have contributed to Mphumzi’s extensive knowledge and experience in Change Management from concept to completion. He is both task and people oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and experience in dealing with a militant unionised workforce. His passion, diligence and commitment to achieve the  highest standards of competency and professionalism are evident in his work.
